2 Eligibility &  Account

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To create an account on ba223, a user must:

• Create the account in their own name and for their own use — operating an account on behalf of someone else is not allowed.

3 Account  Verification

ba223 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. As part of the verification process, the user may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of their National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (issued within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed. ba223 actively works to prevent money laundering and will review any account where suspicious activity is identified.

4 Deposits &  Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

To deposit funds on ba223, you may use the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Deposited funds must come only from the user's own payment account.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests typically take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the active bonus wagering requirement has been met.

5 Bonuses &  Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ba223 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry date.
• Once expired, bonus balances will be automatically cancelled.
• There may be restrictions on which games or categories can be used when wagering with bonus funds.
• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• ba223 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• VIP program members will receive additional benefits according to their tier.

6 Gaming  Rules

6.1 Technical Errors

• Attempting to defraud the platform in collusion with other users.

8 Account Suspension &  Closure

8.1 Closure by ba223

ba223 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these terms.
• Evidence of fraud or misconduct.
• Use of a false identity or information.
• By order of a court or authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

8.2 Closure by User
